Lead HR Business Partner Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Lead Human Resources Business Partner. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, this individual will play a pivotal part in aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving organizational success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth organizations. They will possess expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people-first initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
  2. Design and lead employee lifecycle programs delivering WOW experiences from onboarding to alumni engagement.
  3. Benchmark industry best practices and leverage data-driven insights to measure HR program effectiveness.
  4. Influence organizational transformation and change management initiatives with agility and measurable impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Strong expertise in talent development, succession planning, and organizational design.
