Human Resources and Administration Leader

Premier Group is hiring a Human Resources and Administration Manager for a full-time on-site role to lead HR strategy and oversee administrative functions across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, and best practices to support organisational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training, and professional development programmes.
  • Supervise general administration, including facilities, vendor management, and office services.
  • Provide human resources data analysis and reports for management decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in human resources and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws, human resources practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in human resources software and MS Office tools.
