- Organizational skills and experience improving processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Additional Information:
This role will be based onsite in our Bangalore office, with the expectation of working in-office three days a week. Rippling values a collaborative work environment and company culture, considering in-office work essential for employees living within a 40-mile radius of a Rippling office.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹9,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We highly value having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture.
