Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist - Configuration Expert. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, supporting configuration modifications, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the communications team to provide timely and effective support to our clients.
- Modify configurations in Communicate to ensure seamless operations, identify and resolve technical issues, and escalate critical cases as needed.
- Communicate timelines for resolutions and work closely with the Product team to report bugs and provide feedback on product releases.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer support for software/hardware.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable proficiency in SFTP, PHP scripting, LDAP, and SAML.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with current software design principles and concepts.
- Capacity to handle a heavy workload with multiple cases and frequent interruptions.
