About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving their issues efficiently.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. You will be working with various systems, including networking, active directory, and DNS.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone and computer
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and escalate unresolved problems when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of reported queries and provide solutions

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
