Job Description

The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth and employee engagement. This position is responsible for handling talent acquisition, employee relations, and grievance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source and shortlist candidates as per business requirements, ensure process and policy adherence, maintain timely and effective communication with stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
  • Grievance Management: Handle employee queries raised through e-Connect within the defined TAT, resolve employee issues raised from time to time, visit field employees periodically to stay connected with ground realities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience required in Talent Acquisition (HR)
  • Core HR Knowledge, Good Communication Skills, Willingness to work as per requirement.
