Talent Acquisition & Management

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Management professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify open positions and leverage various sourcing channels to find potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for recruitment activities and interview processes.
  • Review recruitment gaps monthly to ensure adherence to headcount requirements.

Performance Management:

  • Ensure timely completion of performance appraisal stages through regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage appraisal outcomes and employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, rotations, and succession planning.

Learning & Development:

  • Analyze data to identify learning needs for the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges in delivering training interventions.

Employee Engagement:

  • Participate in meetings to drive employee engagement activities and interventions.
  • Analyze data to suggest solutions to managers on talent management strategies.

Employee Relations:

  • Communicate relevant regulatory information and guidelines to reduce cases of code of conduct violations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong recruitment skills with experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
