Role Overview:

  • As a strategic business partner, you will determine key performance indicators and selection criteria for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies across various channels to source top talent, including professional networks and online platforms.
  • Plan and conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design job descriptions and interview questions based on role specifications.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and appeal to potential candidates.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company's offerings.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks to effectively source talent.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and evaluation methods to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes.
  • Prior experience in IT and non-tech hiring is essential to drive diversity in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Strong understanding of various roles within organizations to make informed talent acquisition decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in talent management.
