Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Leader to lead the human resources function for our manufacturing operations, focusing on strategic recruitment, employee engagement and relations, performance management, and administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters and staffing agencies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor intelligence to inform hiring decisions
Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee growth and development
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • Cultivate strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Performance Management:
  • Develop and administer performance management processes that drive business results
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and performance data
Factory Administration:
  • Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
Reporting & Documentation:
  • HR Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
  • Produce timely and actionable reports to support business decision-making
Payroll Management:
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors
