Job Overview

This role is a key appointment within our organization, overseeing the entire spectrum of talent acquisition and employee relations for a specific zone.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and shortlisting candidates in line with business requirements, ensuring adherence to hiring processes and policies, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding & Induction: They will complete joining formalities on Day 1, share necessary updates with relevant teams, and conduct a comprehensive induction program for new joiners, covering organizational overview, business verticals, and essential employee policies.
  • Performance Management: This role involves updating KRAs for employees in the zone, anchoring regional performance evaluations and benchmarking discussions, and taking necessary actions based on mid-term and end-term performance outcomes.
  • Exit Formalities: The incumbent will update employee resignations in the system, inform all relevant stakeholders, conduct detailed exit interviews, and support exiting employees in completing formalities for timely Full & Final (FnF) processing.
  • Rewards & Recognition (R&R) and Employee Engagement: They will utilize available time effectively for R&R and engagement communication, cascade R&R activities across the defined zone, and organize regular engagement activities in accordance with the annual calendar.
  • Grievance Management: This role requires handling employee queries raised through designated channels within the specified TAT, resolving employee issues as they arise, periodic field visits to stay connected with ground realities, and highlighting recurring issues to relevant internal stakeholders.
