Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record of delivering top-notch talent solutions. As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for shaping our recruitment strategies, developing and executing sourcing plans, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify key skills and qualifications.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • SOURCE, engage, and attract top talent through various channels
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform recruitment decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare or pharma domain
  • Proven track record of delivering high-volume recruiting and talent sourcing capabilities
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile environment
