About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record of delivering top-notch talent solutions. As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for shaping our recruitment strategies, developing and executing sourcing plans, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify key skills and qualifications.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- SOURCE, engage, and attract top talent through various channels
- Analyze and interpret data to inform recruitment decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare or pharma domain
- Proven track record of delivering high-volume recruiting and talent sourcing capabilities
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an agile environment
