Opportunity to lead TA,HRBP & HR analytics at a reputed global organization.Environment with strong stakeholder management and strategic HR partneringAbout Our Client- The client is a well-established global brand in the paints and coatings industry, known for its strong organizational values and emphasis on long-term talent development.- With a structured HR framework and presence in over 100 countries, the client offers a stable and process-driven work environment.Job Description- Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end talent acquisition across functions, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring aligned with business needs.- The role also involves contributing to strategic HR initiatives such as employer branding, stakeholder management, HR analytics, and supporting broader people strategy in collaboration with the HRBP team.The Successful Applicant- The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of experience, preferably post-MBA, with a strong foundation in talent acquisition, HR business partnering & HR analytics exposure.- They should bring prior experience from structured, process-driven organizations (ideally from Paints, FMCG, or FMCD sectors), and demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and data analytics skills.
