Recruiting Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as HR, Business Administration, or Communications
