About the Opportunity:

At Stage Technologies Private Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in resolving customer pain points, managing support teams, and driving customer satisfaction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual to make a real impact and drive success metrics. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback informs our product and content strategy, while fostering strong customer relationships to optimize user experience and drive success metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

- Effectively resolving customer pain points through our existing support channels
- Leading and driving operational excellence for the Customer Success function at Stage Technologies Private Limited
- Owning key customer success metrics - CSAT, NPS, contact rate, and others
- Being the voice of the customer - synthesizing and communicating insights from customer tickets to inform product and content roadmap
- Managing in-house and third-party support teams
- Fostering positive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.

You should be a customer-centric individual with exceptional amounts of empathy for customers and their pain points, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) best practices is also essential for this role. If you have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer success or operations roles in a B2C organization and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you
