InvestoXpert Advisors Pvt Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized individual to manage the front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Manage office supplies, maintaining an inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule trips for drivers
  • Arrange internal and external transportation for school events, activities, and guest visits

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
