Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial and strategic roadmap to drive aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership.
  • Revenue Acceleration & Business Development:
    • Drive top-line growth by cultivating high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding market share within the cybersecurity sector.
  • Financial Performance & Profitability:
    • Ensure budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance through effective financial management.
  • Scalable Operations:
    • Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Performance:
    • Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Stakeholder Alignment:
    • Act as the primary liaison with key external stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of proven leadership experience with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, preferably within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
