Mergers and Acquisitions Security Leaders are responsible for overseeing the security assessment and integration of acquired entities. Their role encompasses end-to-end due diligence, risk identification, and the execution of cybersecurity strategies to ensure seamless onboarding of acquired businesses into our technology and security frameworks.

This includes close collaboration with the Merger and Acquisition function to support cybersecurity due diligence assessments on target acquisitions, determining their target's cybersecurity posture.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective security protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance on cybersecurity matters.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

A thorough background in information security, risk management, and governance is essential, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
