Key Responsibilities
  • Lead advisory engagements for Indian and foreign multinational companies involving mergers, demergers, business acquisitions, investment structuring, and joint ventures. Ensure strategic execution, regulatory compliance, and optimal tax efficiency through coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Support clients throughout the business lifecycle by conducting detailed quantitative analysis, managing seamless execution of plans, and applying effective structuring strategies to achieve commercial goals.
  • Ideate on tax structuring options for multinational clients and evaluate India inbound structuring options.
Client Management & Business Development
  • Proactively communicate updates and developments of assignments to clients.
  • Be the central point of contact and liaise with client stakeholders, partners, local stakeholders, and the team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CFOs and Tax Directors, creating a high-quality professional network.
A/C Mining/Revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities in existing clients by tracking industry trends.
  • Build credibility and deliver high-quality solutions while building rapport with principals/partners, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
Knowledge Management
  • Understand the tax compliance landscape and ideate how technology can be used to make the compliance process more effective and simpler.
  • Acquire industry insights to improvise on current services and develop content for networking in external events and seminars.
Internal Processes
  • Review engagement letters with precision and monitor the entire invoicing process, including diligent follow-ups for outstanding payments.
  • Establish and uphold data controls for research papers and perform regular hygiene checks to ensure accuracy.
