Job Role:

The successful candidate will work as an Mergers and Acquisitions specialist, joining our global corporate finance team on a variety of engagements.

This is a unique opportunity for a professional to demonstrate their expertise in deal life cycle execution, company research, financial modeling, and analytical support.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to prepare situation analyses, pitch materials, and management presentations in support of Mergers and Acquisitions assignments.

Key Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Management from an accredited university or college
  • 1-2 years of experience working on Mergers and Acquisitions deals preferred
