Position Overview:

Lattice MedTech is building a consolidated MedTech platform through a roll-up strategy. We are seeking an experienced M&A professional to drive strategic acquisitions, from identifying opportunities to successful integration. Prior experience in roll-up transactions will be a strong advantage.

Role Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage end-to-end deal execution, including diligence, deal structuring.

and legal documentation.

· Conduct financial, legal, and commercial due diligence for potential investment or

acquisition opportunities

· Prepare investment memo's, presentations, and reports for senior management and

investors.

Must-have Eligibility:

1. Proven experience in private equity, venture capital, consulting, financial services, or legal/financial due diligence.

2. Demonstrated track record of successfully closing M&A (mergers & acquisitions) or investment transactions.

Qualifications:

· MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

· 6-7 years of relevant M&A experience in investment banking, private equity,

· Venture capital, consulting, or financial services.

· Strong knowledge of M&A processes, valuation techniques, and transaction structures.

· Sector experience in healthcare or medical devices (preferred).
