Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our efforts in protecting information assets and technologies from internal and external threats.

This role requires a deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations. You will develop and implement comprehensive information security programs, design and implement secure architectures, and lead incident response activities.

  • Developing and implementing an information security strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures that support business growth.
  • Leading security awareness and training programs for all employees.
  • Directing the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of our operations.
  • Monitoring and analysing security incidents and breaches, and coordinating incident response activities.
Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A strong background in cybersecurity, excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in information security roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs.
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, security operations, and incident response.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
