Job Title: Cybersecurity Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Leader to join our organization.

  • This role is responsible for leading the IT Security team, ensuring the security of our systems and data.
  • Key responsibilities include:

Our ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of information security policies, procedures, and compliance monitoring.

  • They should be able to handle internal and external systems audit covering key areas like network security, security operations, vulnerability assessment, and access control.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM and SOC operations, patch management, antivirus, URL web filtering, vulnerability and configuration assessment, firewalls (preferably Checkpoint), IDS/IPS, WAF, VPN, PIM, DDoS, DLP, and APT solutions is required.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for capacity management and performance management of security solutions.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge of networking concepts like switching and routing, network monitoring tools.
  • A good understanding of information security standards and processes such as ISO 27001.
  • Implementing security improvements by assessing current situations, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
  • Determining security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
  • Upgrading systems by implementing and maintaining security controls.
  • Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements by maintaining SOPs and process adherence.
  • Project management: defining, planning, scoping, scheduling, and preparing complete work breakdowns.
  • Vendor management/SLA monitoring compliance: monitoring compliance as per organizational information security policy, procedure, and guidelines.
  • Defining new policies and reviewing existing policies for changes.
  • Understanding of SEBI security guidelines.
