Al/ML Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Al/ML leader to spearhead the development and implementation of models that understand, process, and generate insights across various cybersecurity content. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in machine learning, coupled with practical experience in the cybersecurity domain—specifically around threat intelligence, vulnerabilities, exploits, and configuration analysis.
- The role involves developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) using frameworks like vLLM, HuggingFace, and DeepSpeed.
- Collaboration with cybersecurity analysts is required to build taxonomy and structured knowledge representations for embedding into LLMs.
- Evaluation frameworks need to be designed and executed for cybersecurity tasks such as classification, summarization, and anomaly detection.
- The goal is to develop scalable, performant, and security-aware AI systems.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years focused on LLM training or fine-tuning.
- Strong experience with distributed training techniques, LoRA/QLoRA, and vLLM is necessary.
- Proven experience working with cybersecurity data, ideally including MITRE ATT&CK and CVE/NVD databases.
- Proficiency in Python, ML libraries (PyTorch, Transformers), and MLOps practices is essential.
Able to stay current with advances in LLM architectures and cybersecurity datasets is a must.
