Job Title: Applied AI/ML Specialist

We seek a talented and passionate Applied AI/ML Specialist to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of foundational model development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and train foundational models across modalities with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage the lifecycle of foundational model development from data curation to deployment in production pipelines
  • Conduct research to advance model performance and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques in Text/Speech and language processing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust AI stacks and integrate them seamlessly into production environments
  • Design and develop pipelines for debugging, CI/CD, and observability of the development process

As a leader in this domain, you will collaborate with technical team members and subject matter experts to document technical processes, maintain clear and organized codebases, and support innovation and reproducibility.

This role involves spearheading the development of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing best practices in AI/ML engineering.
