Senior AI Transformation Specialist

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in leading end-to-end AI transformation initiatives? Do you have a strong background in data engineering and applied AI?

We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior AI Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading AI transformation initiatives from start to finish. This includes conducting detailed discovery sessions, assessing existing data infrastructure, sources, and readiness for AI, and recommending tailored solutions aligned with the customer's use case.

As a Senior AI Transformation Specialist, you will design scalable data pipelines and AI-ready data layers while ensuring data quality and integrity. You will also develop and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent agents integrated with business operations, and ensure all solutions align with customers' data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, consulting experience, and a strong understanding of data engineering and applied AI. If you have 3+ years of experience in AI/data transformation roles at a consulting or technology services company, and proven experience in engaging enterprise clients and leading AI strategy and execution, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Conduct detailed discovery sessions to assess existing data infrastructure, sources, and readiness for AI
    • Recommend tailored solutions aligned with the customer's use case
    • Design scalable data pipelines and AI-ready data layers while ensuring data quality and integrity
    • Develop and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent agents integrated with business operations
    • Ensure all solutions align with customers' data security, privacy, and compliance requirements


Requirements:
  • • 3+ years of experience in AI/data transformation roles at a consulting or technology services company
    • Proven experience in engaging enterprise clients and leading AI strategy and execution
    • Strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud data lakes, and modern AI/ML development workflows
    • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
    • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG), and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Qdrant)
    • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP and strong understanding of data security and regulatory compliance in solution design
