Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy AI Outreach Strategist to join our Mumbai team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate who is passionate about technology, artificial intelligence, and business development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and other emerging technologies to enhance outreach efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Outreach

- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc.) to craft personalized email campaigns and outreach messages
- Research and identify potential prospects using AI-driven tools and techniques
- Create compelling content for email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach channels
- Analyze and optimize outreach campaigns using AI analytics and insights

Business Development Activities

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads through various digital channels
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions in CRM

Communication & Follow-up

- Execute systematic follow-up processes with prospects
- Handle initial prospect inquiries and questions
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach activities and results
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads

Continuous Learning & Innovation

- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and technologies for sales and marketing
- Experiment with new outreach strategies and AI-powered techniques
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs
- Share insights and best practices with the team

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) preferred
- Fresh graduate with no prior experience required

Technical Skills

- Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Comfortable with email platforms and CRM systems
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social media platforms

Personal Attributes

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning
- Adaptable to new technologies and tools
- Goal-oriented with attention to detail
- Positive attitude towards cold outreach and prospecting
