Product Strategist/Leader

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategist/Leader to drive our AI and Data product development efforts.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong vision for AI and Data products, aligned with organizational goals and evolving market demands.

The Product Strategist/Leader will be responsible for defining and articulating the strategic vision, conducting robust market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.

The individual will also develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring balance between technical feasibility, customer needs, and business value.

Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end product lifecycle and team - from concept, prototyping, and development to launch, GTM execution, and scaling.

The Product Strategist/Leader will ensure that all product releases meet high functional, technical, and performance standards while delivering customer value.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML area, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Lovable, RAG, LangChain, NLP, LLM, Computer Vision, etc.
  • Proven ability to IP and launch commercially successful AI/Data/IT products still in use in the market.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Certified credentials in Product Management (Pragmatic, AIPMM, SAFe) are a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to influence both technical and business teams.
