Lead Transformation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Transformation Strategist to drive digital transformation across our organization by leading change initiatives that align with strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.

About the Role:
  • This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training programs to support digital initiatives.
  • The Lead Transformation Strategist will collaborate with leadership, service line heads, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, address resistance, and build buy-in for digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences to drive engagement and alignment with the digital agenda.
  2. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to empower employees to embrace and effectively use new digital tools and processes.
  3. Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with digital transformation initiatives, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, or related roles, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, Enterprise Applications cloud-based solutions, or collaboration tools) is preferred.
  • Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Process) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Excellence, Change Management, or a related field. Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or digital transformation are a plus.
