Job Title:

Regional Sales Head - Digital Transformation Specialist

The position of Regional Sales Head is a critical role that drives the adoption of cutting-edge data-driven solutions within the market.

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced sales specialist/account executive to join our digital transformation, business intelligence, and analytics team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how data and digital initiatives can solve complex business challenges, coupled with a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets for digital transformation, business intelligence, and analytics solutions and services.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the region, targeting diverse industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, and Government.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings with executives, senior management, and departmental heads to understand their strategic objectives, operational challenges, and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Articulate the value proposition of analytics and digital transformation offerings, demonstrating how they address specific business pain points and drive measurable ROI.
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiation and contract finalization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of progressive sales experience in the IT services or software industry, with a minimum of 8-10 years specifically selling digital transformation, business intelligence, or data analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a complex B2B sales environment.
  • In-depth understanding of the digital transformation landscape and its impact on various industries.
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence concepts, data warehousing, data visualization, and analytical methodologies.
  • Familiarity with leading BI/analytics platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is essential.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of Marathi is a significant advantage.
