    • Benchmark journey with other competition and continuous review of fields and flow.">

  3. Business Support:

    • Regular interaction with implementation teams seeking feedback on products and processes from all channels using digital platforms.">
    • Review feedback received from external touchpoints to enhance the experience on all digital platforms.">

  4. Process Review:

    • Continuous review of existing journeys already deployed on digital platforms.">
    • Undertake enhancements for various products to improve process, UI/UX, fields, and overall customer experience.">

  5. Master Maintenance:

    • Carry out periodic master maintenance for the platform and all managed products.">
    • Streamline master maintenance process jointly with various stakeholders.">
    ">

  6. Competition Benchmarking:

    • ">
    • Review competition offerings for capabilities, features, process, UI/UX and benchmark it to industry standards.">
    • Take development efforts to make our offering better than competition.">
    ">

  7. Query and Troubleshooting:

    • Resolve queries and bugs reported by users.">
    • Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reported bugs and take corrective action in a timely manner.">
