Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead research initiatives and drive innovation in cybersecurity.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a Research & Thought Leadership Head for our Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CSCoE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought leader in the cybersecurity domain, representing us at industry conferences, seminars, and workshops.
  • Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at key industry events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in academia, industry, and government.
  • Identify and prioritize research areas based on emerging threats, industry trends, and organizational needs.
  • Conduct in-depth research on cybersecurity topics, including vulnerability analysis, threat intelligence, and security technologies.
  • Develop research methodologies and frameworks for evaluating cybersecurity risks and solutions.
  • Define high-quality, insightful content such as white papers, blog posts, articles, and presentations on cybersecurity topics.
  • Disseminate research findings and thought leadership content through various channels, including industry publications, conferences, and online platforms.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the CSCoE and the broader organization.
  • Mentor and guide team members on research methodologies, cybersecurity best practices, and thought leadership development.
  • Encourage the adoption of innovative cybersecurity solutions and technologies.

Requirements

  • BE/ BTech degree in any discipline from a university / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
  • MCA / M.E./ MTech / MSc in any discipline from a university / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management)
