Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead our organization's digital transformation agenda. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving large-scale digital transformations, with a strong focus on strategic planning, execution, and delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our digital transformation strategy, aligning it with our business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of multiple systems and platforms to create a unified digital ecosystem.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and operational stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, process automation, and performance monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecom, IT, Computer Science, or related) from a reputed institute.
  • 25+ years of total experience in Telecom and IT sectors, with at least 20 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in IT and software delivery leadership, telecom regulatory alignment, and digital systems integration.
  • Strong experience in software development lifecycle management, systems integration, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian telecom regulatory framework and public sector ecosystem.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure, complex environments.
