Telecom Transformation Leader

To drive strategic implementation of the Telecom Act 2023, we seek a seasoned professional to spearhead digital transformation across telecom regulatory processes.

  • The ideal candidate will lead the unification of over 40 digital platforms and optimize workflows related to license issuance, spectrum allocation, and network operations.

This role requires exceptional telecom domain expertise, especially in 4G/5G networks and operations. The selected individual will collaborate with technical teams for software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Master's Degree / MBA / PGDA (preferred)
  • 20+ years of experience in the Telecom industry
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Telecom licensing & spectrum management
  • Government and regulatory frameworks
  • Telecom network operations (4G/5G)
  • Project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Effective communicator in both technical and policy environments
