About the Role
  • We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive business impact and productivity improvements through Lean Digital Transformation initiatives.

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, to create and deliver a continuous improvement agenda. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing delivery, operations, or teams, with experience in complex-matrixed environments.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for leading Continuous Improvement efforts, focusing on productivity growth, bad bench reduction, and TBP account performance. Additionally, they will program manage Digital Twin deployment in prioritized accounts, identify and prioritize digital use cases for business impact, and align resources to stabilize mega wins and de-risk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with COO/Sr. GOL/Portfolio Owner to create and deliver a continuous improvement agenda
  • Partner with operations teams to identify and deliver Value-Share and Revenue Assurance opportunities
  • Lead Continuous Improvement efforts, focusing on productivity growth, bad bench reduction, and TBP account performance
  • Program manage Digital Twin deployment in prioritized accounts
  • Identify and prioritize digital use cases for business impact
  • Align resources to stabilize mega wins and de-risk operations through Risk Control and Best Practice frameworks
  • Orchestrate operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor for short-term and long-term value creation
Requirements
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual with expertise in Lean and Digital Transformation
  • Proven track record of managing delivery, operations, or teams in complex-matrixed environments
  • Strong background in digital projects, Robotics, AI, automation, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
