Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Director – Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy to lead our global digital footprint, drive inbound demand generation, and position Innomax as a trusted innovation partner in key verticals. You will be responsible for crafting and executing performance-driven campaigns across channels, managing brand presence, and generating business leads through strategic digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, content, paid media, affiliate, and social media).
  • Lead demand generation efforts aligned with sales and business development goals.
  • Branding & Positioning
  • Strengthen the Innomax clients brand globally across verticals (HealthTech, BFSI, Travel Tech, and Telecom).
  • Ensure cohesive brand messaging across platforms (website, social, investor decks, PR, events).
  • Performance & Analytics
  • Manage performance dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush, etc.
  • Analyze campaign ROI, CPL/CPA, CTR, and optimize accordingly.
  • Content & Communication
  • Supervise content strategy for website, blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, founder's voice amplification, and product storytelling.
  • Team Leadership
  • Build and manage a cross-functional digital team including content creators, performance marketers, SEO/SEM specialists, and designers.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies where necessary.
  • Global Campaigns & Outreach
  • Plan and execute international campaigns
  • Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for enterprise outreach.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in digital marketing roles with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in B2B Tech Marketing, preferably with exposure to healthcare IT or BFSI.
  • Proficiency with MarTech tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, Semrush, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and sales funnel management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Add-ons
  • Exposure to global SaaS or IT services marketing.
  • Experience working closely with founders, business heads, and sales teams.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.
