Senior Associate Director – Digital Strategy & Martech

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our digital ecosystem transformation.

About the Role:

  • Develop Strategic Roadmap: Design and implement an enterprise-wide digital vision, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, academic excellence, and stakeholder engagement goals.
  • Cultivate Innovation: Champion best-in-class martech practices, drive digital transformation initiatives, and foster data-led decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead Multidisciplinary Teams: Inspire and mentor diverse teams including website, product, performance marketing, email marketing, automation, and analytics sub-units.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster relationships with stakeholders across the school – academics, research, business, IT, and other administrative departments.

Digital Ecosystem Product Ownership:

  • Define Roadmaps: Act as the strategic owner of our institutional websites and digital platforms, defining user experience standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Drive Enhancements: Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to drive seamless user experience across platforms.
  • SEO AEO Efforts: Lead efforts to drive organic traffic and brand discoverability.

Data Martech Automation:

  • Enterprise-Level Solutions: Architect and implement martech solutions, including first-party data integration, Salesforce enhancements, attribution modelling, and secure data sharing frameworks.
  • Intelligent Automation: Build systems for personalised communications, lead nurturing, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Unified Data Streams: Unify data streams across platforms to create a centralised analytics engine, enabling predictive insights and performance optimisation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strategic Digital Leader: Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide digital transformation.
  • Qualifications: 15+ years' experience in digital strategy and data-driven transformation, preferably in complex environments. Bachelors + MBA qualifications desired.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading diverse teams to deliver high-priority, high-impact initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Deep Understanding: Deep understanding of digital experience design, data integration, marketing technology, and analytics as strategic enablers for institutional growth.
