Senior Vice President Role Summary

The Senior Vice President will drive digital transformation within the Training function. This role requires a strategic leader to oversee comprehensive Training & Development programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies across the organization.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps across the workforce.
  • Design and oversee the development of innovative digital learning content and programs.
  • Evaluate and select digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet organizational needs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management/Business.
  • 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company and 5 years of experience managing digital transformation for the Training function.
