Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to oversee the successful implementation of our product suite for key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide Implementation consultants to ensure they are effective in their work.
  • Manage a large portfolio of key customer accounts, implementing and configuring our product suite to meet their business needs.
  • Responsible for designing optimal solutions that meet client requirements and oversee the entire implementation cycle.
  • Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify workflow processes and business challenges, creating a Business Requirements document and project plan for successful implementation.
  • Oversee the configuration of our product suite for each customer account, working closely with business analysts to ensure a smooth implementation process.
  • Develop strategies for each engagement, identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plans of action.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure the best interests of the customer are met, while meeting project timelines.
  • Participate in project planning activities, including defining detailed project tasks and activities.
  • Ensure 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents, preparing test scripts, training materials, and maintaining required checklists.
  • Responsible for overall project management, stakeholder management, and customer management.
  • Engage with various levels, including PMO, C-level executives, IT, and Operation heads at the customer end during engagement.
  • Share best practices by providing not just product consulting but also business consulting based on the domain, industry, or region of the customer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
  • PMP and ITIL certifications are a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experience working and communicating with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
  • Experienced in handling multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience implementing multiple project configurations, with proven incorporation of structured planning and testing processes.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at an enterprise level.
  • Expertise in business processes, system development, and process improvements.
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
  • Expertise in modeling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Engaged in integration touch points and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
