We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our digital transformation and build a robust digital ecosystem. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing enterprise-wide digital strategies that align with institutional priorities and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and own the long-term vision and roadmap for our digital ecosystem, ensuring it drives growth, innovation, and excellence across the institution.
    • Champion innovation by introducing best-in-class digital practices, martech solutions, and data-led decision-making across the institution.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team including digital marketing, product development, analytics, and automation specialists.
    • Foster cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the institution – academics, research, business, IT, and administrative departments.
  • Digital Ecosystem & Product Ownership:
    • Act as the strategic owner of our institutional websites and other digital platforms- defining roadmaps, user experience standards, and performance benchmarks.
    • Drive product enhancements with internal and vendor teams to drive seamless user experience across platforms
    • Lead SEO and AEO efforts to drive organic traffic and brand discoverability.
  • Data, Martech & Automation:
    • Architect and implement enterprise-level martech solutions, including first-party data integration, Salesforce enhancements, attribution modelling, and secure data sharing frameworks.
    • Build intelligent automation systems for personalized communications, lead nurturing, and lifecycle engagement.
    • Unify data streams across platforms to create a centralized analytics engine, enabling predictive insights and performance optimization.
  • Performance & ROI
    • Oversee full-funnel engagement strategies, ensuring brand, content, and digital touchpoints collectively drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
    • Lead attribution and performance measurement frameworks to ensure investments deliver measurable impact.
    • Maintain effective budget management to maximize institutional value and return on investment.

Candidate Profile:

  • A strategic digital leader with a proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-wide digital transformations.
  • 15+ years' experience in digital strategy, data-driven transformation, and leadership – preferably in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Qualification - Bachelor's degree + MBA (desirable).
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams to deliver high-priority, high-impact initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Deep understanding of digital experience design, data integration, marketing technology, and analytics as strategic enablers for institutional growth.
