As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving improvement agendas for assigned verticals/customers. Working closely with senior stakeholders and Chief Operating Officers (COOs), you will identify, coach, and develop talent in Lean Digital Transformation (LDT). Your primary goal will be to chart a productivity delivery, profitability improvement, client business impact, and digital use case identification agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align with COO/Sr. GOL/Portfolio Owner to create a continuous improvement agenda and deliver on it.
  • Partner with operational teams to identify and deliver Value-Share and Revenue Assurance opportunities.
  • Deliver on committed productivity, productivity improvement in Target Business Process (TBP) accounts, and Bad Bench reduction in named accounts through thorough Continuous Improvement.
  • Program manage Digital Twin deployment in prioritized accounts within the vertical.
  • Identify digital use cases and prioritize resource alignment to stabilize mega wins.
  • De-risk operations through Risk Control and Best Practice frameworks.
  • Orchestrate operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor to optimize short-term improvement and long-term value creation.
  • Hold self and organization accountable to deliver on Genpact client commitment.

Individuals with strong experience in Lean and Digital Transformation, intellectual agility, proven track records of managing delivery or teams, and digitally savvy individuals with high levels of consultative selling skills are highly sought after.

  • Post Graduation from Top institutes
  • Meaningful work experience in core finance proficiencies
  • Previous senior leadership experience in digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma, solution design, or process consulting with impact on delivery
  • Global exposure with consistent track records for digital projects: Robotics, AI, automation
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
