
HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. As an Employee Relations Executive, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining positive relationships with employees.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and possess good decision-making and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business consultants in the US.
- Implement effective resolutions to complex questions and issues.
- Advise management on employee relations decisions to ensure an excellent experience for consultants.
- Evaluate and review employment decisions in response to employee concerns.
- Generate business leads and opportunities through referrals and redeployment by networking with consultants.
- Design and implement metrics models for employee relations.
- Handle complex employee relations matters and investigations.
- Partner with service delivery managers to leverage business leads and increase consultant retention.
