
Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to handle our HR function and support organisational growth.
- Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Manage hiring strategies & process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
- Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
- Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
- Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
- Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
- Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
- Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, a proven track record of success, and excellent communication skills. They must be able to work independently, think critically, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Talent Strategy: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive business results.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.
- Culture & Values: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that drives engagement and retention.
- Leadership Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders and teams to drive organisational performance.
- Performance Management: Design and implement effective performance management processes to drive business outcomes.
- Employee Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and manage HR operations and systems effectively.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Promote a positive and respectful work environment and handle employee grievances and conflicts effectively.
- Policy & Benefits: Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
