Our organization is seeking a skilled Human Resources Strategist to lead our HR initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational objectives.

The selected candidate will collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business needs and foster a positive work culture. They will also be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Candidates must have proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will be able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential, along with the capacity to handle sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are also required.
