As a strategic Human Resources leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at our manufacturing facility.

  • • Strategic HR Partnerships:

You will collaborate closely with Site HR Head to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.

  • • Employee Life Cycle Management:

Manage employee onboarding, lead talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives for plant staff.

  • • Employee Engagement & Relations:

Serve as an employee champion, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture through targeted engagement initiatives.

  • • Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analyze data and metrics to inform HR and business decisions, driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

  • • Compliance & Audits:

E nsure adherence to employment laws and company policies, providing support for site-specific audits from Human Resources.

  • • Change Management:

Support leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • • MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR) or equivalent degree, with 15-20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and build relationships.
  • • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
