Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business insights through financial analysis and communicate them effectively to stakeholders to influence decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business performance by providing financial/commercial expertise and insights.
  • Bring strong commercial insight and judgment to decision-making.
  • Invest in optimization initiatives, including investment measurement and evaluation.
  • Support regional/cluster business partners with market financials and decision-making.
  • Participate in pricing discussions and provide quality inputs.
Requirements
  • Possess a flair for numbers and ability to think big-picture.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-driven with capacity to work in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to be a team player, trouble-shooter, and consensus-builder.
  • Exposure to complex business environments.
  • Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • Inter CA/Qualified ICWA with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
