We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to establish and maintain strategic business relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and collaborating with key decision-makers from various industries.
- Identify potential leads, develop sales strategies, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strategic business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Travel to various client locations, conduct product presentations, and drive sales growth.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining flexibility and focusing on achieving results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up on business leads and referrals assigned by the inside sales team, driving the sales process forward.
- Develop and implement smart, data-driven strategies that ensure efficient sales processes and an outstanding customer experience.
- Drive strategic growth with full ownership of partnership development.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in B2B or partnership management.
- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
- Experience in sales and business management strategies and planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
