Strategic Alliance Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Alliance Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers of trade.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing targeted partnerships, driving initiatives to maximize income delivery, expand market reach, and enhance overall performance.

  • Executing partnerships to achieve income delivery and driving initiatives to maximize income delivery and expand market reach.
  • Selecting, documenting, negotiating, and initiating business with partners, ensuring timely business settlements and health of business from partners.
  • Managing stakeholders, making decisions, and using analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with central office channel management deliverables and effective channel management facets of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all partners and prospects, accountable for control function interfacing including compliance, legal, finance, and SPU.
  • Driving business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members, responsible for revenue targets, and creating engagement and review platforms for dashboarding.
  • Bridging the gap between partners and our organization for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Organizing regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for trade in the retail segment.
  • Acting as a bridge between the Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Periodically reviewing performance to identify business leakages and taking corrective measures.

  • A proven track record in developing and executing successful partnership strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with sales teams and product development teams.
