Job Title:

Business Development Manager - Data & AI Growth Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in data-driven consultancy services
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships to expand the client base across industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, and business leaders
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that address client challenges and opportunities
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy
  • Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets by driving sales growth
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development)
  • Strong understanding of data science and AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic partnership development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients through consultative selling
  • Strong network of decision-makers across industries and ability to leverage this network for business growth
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
