This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Area Sales Manager. As a Sales Team Leader, you will manage and lead a sales team to achieve targets.

- Monitor sales performance and provide training
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Experience in Sales Management and the real estate industry is an advantage.
About This RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing a sales team to achieve targets, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will also include monitoring sales performance, providing training and mentorship to team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives.
