A pioneering organization is seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director to drive revenue optimization and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Strategy & Leadership: Partner with senior business leaders across functions to design and execute dynamic pricing strategies that fuel growth.
    • Revenue Optimization Frameworks: Build and manage advanced pricing models including competitor benchmarking, yield and margin optimization, customer cohort analysis, and price elasticity studies.
    • Data & Technology Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop scalable pricing tools, analytics dashboards, and automation systems that enhance decision making.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to pricing and revenue management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across commercial and product functions.
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Category Management, or Product Management.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or online marketplaces is highly preferred.
